I wish to apply for Pre Nursery admission for my ward for the academic year 2020-21. I am ready to give all the necessary information requested in the form. I declare that it is going to be true and accurate. I agree, that, if it is later discovered that any information has been suppressed or found to be incorrect, the application may be rejected and would also lead to disqualification of the candidate.
I fully appreciate that the acceptance / rejection of the application will be left entirely to the discretion of the school authorities, and will not in any way guarantee admission.
