I wish to apply for Nursery admission for my ward for the academic year 2021-22. I am ready to give all the necessary information requested in the form. I declare that it is going to be true and accurate. I agree, that, if it is later discovered that any information has been suppressed or found to be incorrect, the application may be rejected and would also lead to disqualification of the candidate.
I fully appreciate that the acceptance / rejection of the application will be left entirely to the discretion of the school authorities, and will not in any way guarantee admission.
In case form is entered multiple times for a student, application will be discarded.
